Title and risk of loss pass to you upon transfer of the products to the shipping carrier.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services. While Shopify powers the functionality of the Services, all transactions are conducted directly between you and Net Gremlin.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions, including any claims relating to products purchased through the Services.
User Submissions and Feedback

Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
