Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while providing clear expectations around delivery. 

Shipping Locations 

We currently ship orders within the United States and to Canada. 

At this time, we do not offer shipping to other international locations.  

Processing Time 

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time. 

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be extended. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 

Shipping carriers and methods may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. 

Transit times do not include weekends or holidays and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier delays, or service disruptions. 

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. While we make every effort to prioritize these orders, delivery timelines are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Charges 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. 

Shipping promotions, including free shipping offers, may be available from time to time and are subject to specific terms. These offers typically apply only to standard shipping and may not be combined with expedited shipping options. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Tracking updates will become available once the carrier has received and scanned your package. 

Delays and Carrier Responsibility 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control. 

Shipping carriers do not guarantee transit times for most services. As a result, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or offer refunds for shipping delays once an order has been shipped. 

Canada Shipping 

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. 

Delivery times for Canadian orders may be longer due to customs processing. 

Lost or Missing Packages 

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. 

Orders reported as lost or missing may be subject to review. Replacement or reshipment is not guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. 

Local Pickup (If Applicable) 

If local pickup is offered, orders are typically ready within 1 business day. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. 

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Returns 

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you were received, with all original packaging, tags, and components included. Proof of purchase is required. 

Items that show any signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return. 

To initiate a return, you must submit a request through our website or follow the return instructions provided with your order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged for return. Items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

We may request additional information, including photos or documentation, to process claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: 

Items that have been used, worn, or altered 
Items not returned in their original condition and packaging 
Items marked as final sale 
Gift cards 
Custom or personalized products 
If you have questions about a specific item, we recommend contacting us before making your purchase. 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. 

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If your purchase included a gift card, the refund will first be applied to the gift card up to its original value. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution. 

Shipping Costs 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. 

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages 

Orders reported as lost, stolen, or missing may be subject to review and verification. Replacement or reshipment is not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and monitoring delivery status. 

Abuse of Policy 

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we suspect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated return requests, returning used or damaged items under false pretenses, or attempting to circumvent this policy. 

Manufacturer Warranties 

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and not by Net Gremlin or Bomberger’s Store, Inc. 

Any warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their policies.
