The specialized thermoforming process utilizes high heat and pressure to fuse the raw carbon fiber face and polypropylene core into a single, seamless structure. This advanced craftsmanship prevents delamination and ensures uniform tension across the entire surface. The Japanese Toray T700 carbon fiber face features a natural, long-lasting texture designed to optimize ball dwell time and enhance spin consistency.
To preserve the textured carbon face and maintain peak performance, use a dedicated carbon fiber eraser regularly to clean off accumulated plastic ball residue. Avoid exposing the paddle to extreme temperatures, such as leaving it in a hot vehicle, to prevent degradation of the internal core and adhesives. Storing the paddle in a protective cover when not in use shields the foam-injected edges and face from accidental impacts.
